Description
This collection includes various decorative items composed of resin, ceramic, and woven wood. A group of resin Willow Tree figurines by DEMDACO, designed by Susan Lordi, features the signature hand-carved, faceless style. Marks on the bases identify specific titles including Angel’s Embrace, Sisters by Heart, and Quietly. The lot features a naturalistically painted ceramic owl perched on a stump with a TAY Italy foil label on the base. A ceramic tiger figurine from Surprise Collectors, dated 1997, is depicted sitting with a green butterfly on its nose. Also included is a glazed ceramic miniature camel figurine with an associated Hagen-Renaker label and a resin plaque depicting two rabbits in a garden with a sentimental Mother’s Day message that reads, Mom, Hope you always know my love for you just grows and grows. The group contains a ceramic sponge-ware pitcher with a blue splatter pattern over a cream ground, a pinched rim, and a loop handle. All items are presented in a rectangular woven wood basket featuring dual swinging handles and metal rivet construction.
Condition report:
The ceramic and resin figurines appear to be in good overall condition with no visible chips, cracks, or evidence of professional repair. The sponge-ware pitcher shows no visible damage. The woven wood basket displays minor surface scuffing and light wear consistent with age and use.
