Description
NBA Jam Tournament Edition (T.E.) video game for the Sega Genesis console, manufactured by Acclaim Entertainment, Inc. under license from Midway and Sega. This complete-in-box assembly consists of a black plastic game cartridge, a black plastic clamshell case with a printed paper cover insert, and a printed paper instruction manual. The set also includes several original paper inserts: a large fold-out color promotional poster titled Acclaim’s Dream Team featuring various 1990s titles, an orange paper special autostat feature instruction sheet, and a white paper mail-in warranty registration card. The cartridge label displays the Midway and Acclaim logos, the Sega Seal of Quality, and a Kids to Adults KA rating. Fine print on the label identifies the manufacturer as Acclaim Distribution, Inc. with a copyright date of 1994 and indicates the unit was assembled in Mexico.
Condition report:
The item is in excellent pre-owned condition. The plastic clamshell case shows minor surface scuffing consistent with shelf wear. The cartridge label is bright, centered, and free of peeling or bubbling. The internal PCB contact pins are clean and free of significant oxidation. The instruction manual and additional paper inserts show standard creases from original factory folding but remain free of significant tearing, moisture damage, or ink marks.
