Description
A collection of five decorative plant stands and pedestals, consisting of a graduated pair of square pedestals and three wrought iron stands. The pedestals feature light green marbled stone inserts with rounded corners, set into silver-toned metal frames. The frames are ornamented with scrolled wire swags and hanging tassel-motif elements below the apron, supported by square-profile legs with horizontal stretchers and ball feet. The wrought iron group includes two tall stands with circular ring tops and scrolled tripod bases, one containing a terracotta-colored plastic saucer, and a shorter stand featuring a decorative wire-swirl top and vertical legs. The iron pieces are finished in black paint. No maker’s marks, labels, or stamps are visible on any of the items.
Taller marble pedestal: 30 inches high.
Shorter marble pedestal: 26 inches high.
Tall iron stands: 30 inches high.
Low iron stand: 18 inches high.
Condition report:
The stone tops appear intact with no visible cracks or significant chips (Photo 1). The silver-toned metal frames show surface dust and minor wear to the finish, particularly at the joints and feet (Photo 2). The black-painted wrought iron stands show light oxidation and minor paint loss throughout (Photo 3). The plastic saucer shows light soil from previous use (Photo 1). All pieces appear structurally sound and stable.
