Description
This lot features two pairs of vintage knee-high leather fashion boots. Both pairs are designed with a pull-on silhouette and include a full-length interior side zipper. The boots are constructed with leather uppers and feature a pointed toe. A decorative X stitched reinforcement is present at the top of each shaft. The boots are set on high stacked-style heels with leather or composite soles. One pair is black leather and the other is tan or cognac leather. While marks are present on the soles of both pairs, they are not legible and no specific manufacturer can be identified.Heel height: 3.5 – 4 inches.
Condition report:
Both pairs are in used vintage condition. The outsoles and heel caps show significant wear consistent with regular use. There is visible scuffing and loss of finish on the stacked heels. The leather uppers exhibit moderate creasing at the ankles and toe boxes, with visible scuffs on the pointed toes of both pairs. The tan pair shows dark circular staining and general discoloration on the upper portion of the shafts. Zippers are intact but have not been tested for functional smoothness.
