Description
A group of four US Washington quarters struck in 90% silver (KM# 164). The lot includes issues from the Philadelphia Mint (1954, 1957) and the Denver Mint (1955-D, 1962-D). Each coin features the Washington obverse and Eagle reverse design types. Inscriptions include LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, and the denomination QUARTER DOLLAR. These specimens represent standard circulation strikes from the mid-20th century.
Condition report:
The coins are in circulated condition, generally ranging from Fine to Very Fine. Visible wear is present on the high points of the hair and the eagle\'s plumage. Surface marks, scratches, and varying degrees of toning are present across the group, with the 1954 specimen showing heavy dark patination.
