Description
A collection of four US Washington silver quarter dollars dated 1936, 1948, 1956, and 1958. These coins feature the Washington obverse and eagle reverse. Each specimen bears a D mint mark on the reverse above the R in QUARTER, identifying them as products of the Denver Mint. The coins are composed of 90 percent silver and 10 percent copper. Condition report:
Circulated condition with varying degrees of wear and toning. The 1936-D specimen displays significant wear and dark toning, grading approximately fine. The 1948-D shows moderate circulation wear, grading very fine. The 1956-D and 1958-D examples retain significant original luster with minor surface marks, grading extremely fine.
