Description

A pair of hand-painted architectural miniature buildings from the Monopoly Boutique collection, featuring designs signed by artist Petro. The collection consists of two distinct structures: a three-story commercial building titled Maureen’s Quilting Quarters and a single-story establishment titled Joey’s Billiards. Maureen’s Quilting Quarters is constructed with a brick-textured facade, three arched windows on the upper levels, and a storefront with a recessed central entry. The structure is capped with a decorative bronze-tone mansard-style roof. Joey’s Billiards features a vibrant turquoise gabled roof and a decorative pediment with a date plaque reading 1936. The storefront is finished in blue with a red door, and the side wall includes a sign reading POOL with billiard ball graphics. Both items are set on textured grey bases designed to resemble concrete sidewalks. The reverse side of the base for Maureen’s Quilting Quarters is incised Petro copyright 2006, while the base for Joey’s Billiards is incised Petro copyright 2007.

Maureen’s Quilting Quarters: 7.5 inches H x 3.75 inches W x 3.25 inches D
Joey’s Billiards: 4.75 inches H x 4.5 inches W x 4 inches D.

Condition report:

Both buildings appear to be in excellent condition. There are no visible chips, cracks, or restorations. The painted surfaces remain bright and intact with minimal signs of handling or shelf wear.
