Description
A set of six French porcelain side plates from the Philippe Deshoulieres Porcelaines Lourioux line. The set consists of three different botanical designs, with two plates of each pattern. The motifs include passionflowers with rose hips, thistles with a butterfly, and fruit blossoms with an apricot and a butterfly. Each plate is decorated with colorful central illustrations on a white ground, featuring a scalloped rim and a molded basketweave osier pattern border. The reverse of each plate bears a black rectangular mark that reads Philippe Deshoulieres, Porcelaines Lourioux, France, W.
Condition report:
The plates appear to be in excellent condition. There are no visible chips, cracks, crazing, or evidence of restoration.
