Description
A seventeen-piece collection of vitrified stoneware dinnerware from the Woven Traditions line by Longaberger Pottery. The set features a variety of solid color glazes including Classic Red, Heritage Blue, Sage Green, Golden Yellow, and Ivory. Each piece is decorated with a signature embossed basketweave motif along the rims and exterior walls. The bases feature a circular stamped manufacturer mark. The outer ring of the stamp reads MICROWAVE DISHWASHER OVEN SAFE FREEZER while the inner portion contains the text © LONGABERGER POTTERY surrounding a stylized basketweave logo. Several pieces also display the words VITRIFIED and Made in the U.S.A. within the central mark.
The collection includes eight 10-inch dinner plates with two each in Classic Red, Heritage Blue, Sage Green, and Golden Yellow. There are four soup bowls provided in one each of the four primary colors. The set is completed by three small bowls finished in an ivory glaze and two coffee mugs in Classic Red and Sage Green.
Dinner Plates: 10 inches diameter.
Condition report:
Overall good used condition. Minor surface wear is present, including light utensil marks and faint scuffing to the glaze visible on the centers of the dinner plates. No chips, cracks, or repairs are evident.
