Description
This framed limited edition print, after a watercolor by artist John Stevens, depicts a rustic outdoor country still life. The composition features a dark Windsor-style armchair holding a wicker basket of yellow daffodils, set against a multi-toned fieldstone wall. Adjacent to the chair is a wooden work table with a single drawer, displaying further floral arrangements including a large basket of daffodils and a pot of pink tulips. The scene is further detailed with two ceramic crocks with blue decorative motifs and a pair of tall boots resting against the wall. The piece is hand-signed in pencil John Stevens at the lower left and hand-numbered 23/295 in pencil at the lower right. The artwork is housed under glass within a double mat of cream and navy blue, and a wide, multi-stepped brown wood frame. Based on the included metal ruler, the framed dimensions are approximately 30 inches in width.

Condition report:
The print appears to be in very good overall condition, with no visible signs of foxing, toning, or fading to the colors. The frame is structurally sound with only minor scuffs and surface wear consistent with age and handling. The piece has not been examined out of the frame.
