Description
An early 20th-century hall tree constructed of solid oak with a visible prominent grain and golden finish. The design features a ring-turned central shaft in the faux bamboo style, surmounted by a turned ball finial. The piece is equipped with two tiers of turned peg hooks, with three hooks on each level. The assembly is supported by a tripod base consisting of three splayed and turned legs. The construction utilizes period-appropriate turned joinery. No maker’s marks or labels are visible on the piece.

Condition report:
The oak finish displays moderate wear and finish loss consistent with age and use, most notably on the lower portion of the shaft and the splayed legs. Scattered surface scratches and minor indentations are present throughout the turned elements. The structure remains stable.
