Description
This lot includes two power tools from the Sears Craftsman brand. The first item is a benchtop drill press with a label on the upper housing identifying it as a Sears Craftsman 8-in. Drill Press. Specifications listed on the housing include a 1/3 HP motor, a 1/2-inch chuck, and a 3-speed range of 620-1300-3100 RPM. The machine features a cast iron base and an adjustable table noted to tilt from 0 to 45 degrees. The second item is a handheld circular saw marked Craftsman with a 2 Horse Power rating. The saw is constructed with a metal base plate, a metal blade guard, and a plastic motor housing with an integrated handle and power trigger. Both tools are equipped with their respective black power cords.
Condition report:
Both items exhibit signs of regular workshop use, including accumulated sawdust, surface grime, and grease. The drill press is missing the depth control handles and has light rust on the metal column, chuck, and work table. The circular saw exhibits wear and scuffing on the metal base plate and plastic housing. The mechanical functionality of the tools has not been tested.
