Description
This is a Wilton brand bench vise, identified by the metallic nameplate on the side of the housing. The vise is constructed of cast metal with a red painted finish and features a square slide mechanism. It is equipped with a 360-degree swivel base that is locked into position with a side-mounted lever. The design includes an integrated anvil surface located behind the jaws. The manufacturer label includes a stylized W logo, the name WILTON in bold capital letters, and the text MADE IN U.S.A. The base is cast with four mounting holes for attachment to a workbench.
Condition report:
The vise is in used condition with significant wear. The primary handle is noticeably bent. There is substantial paint loss and surface oxidation throughout the body. The tool is covered in sawdust and accumulated workshop debris. Mechanical functionality has not been tested.
