Description
US 1976-S Bicentennial Silver Proof Set. This set contains three coins: an Eisenhower dollar, a Kennedy half dollar, and a Washington quarter. Each coin is struck in a 40% silver composition with a proof finish characterized by mirrored fields and frosted relief. All three coins are dual-dated 1776-1976 and bear the S mint mark of the San Francisco Mint. The coins feature Bicentennial commemorative reverse types. The set is housed in its original government packaging, which includes a blue textured folder with gold-stamped date and 13 stars, a red fabric interior with a tricolor ribbon, and an informational card. These coins were issued to commemorate the 200th anniversary of American independence.
Condition report:
Coins are in uncirculated proof condition with no visible wear or toning. Minor surface dust is present on the blue felt display board. Packaging is in excellent condition.
