Description
This lot features two pairs of vintage women’s boots of Italian manufacture. The first pair is a mid-calf to knee-high pull-on style characterized by a Southwestern-inspired aesthetic. The uppers are constructed from a patchwork of suede and leather in earth tones including tan, chocolate brown, beige, and cream, featuring jagged-edge overlays and embossed reptile-patterned accents. The soles are leather with rubber traction pads at the forefoot and a small stacked heel. The second pair consists of mid-calf slouch boots in olive green croc-embossed leather. These boots feature a pointed toe and a tall cone-shaped heel with a smooth-finished sole. Condition report:
The patchwork boots show moderate wear to the soles with visible scuffing and residue. The suede uppers show light soiling and general wear consistent with age and use. The croc-embossed boots show significant wear to the soles and heel tips. Visible scuffing is present at the toes and heels, and the uppers show light creasing from use.
