Description
A collection of hand-woven wood splint baskets and coordinating accessories manufactured by Longaberger. The collection includes a rectangular Dresden Tour Basket II, 1998 Edition, identified by an attached brass plaque with the Longaberger script logo. This specific basket is topped with a padded fabric lid featuring a patriotic stars-and-stripes pattern and navy blue ribbon ties. Also present is a hexagonal woven basket fitted with a clear plastic three-compartment divided liner. Another rectangular basket features a cream-colored fabric liner with lace trim and a ribbon bow, along with a leather handle. The collection further includes a smaller square-profile basket with a prominent leather loop handle and a rectangular basket with a patriotic-themed fabric liner. The items are constructed from wood splints secured with metal rivets and various leather accents. An informational pamphlet titled Longaberger Classic Baskets is included with the lot.
