Description
A vintage wooden dollhouse constructed with wood panels and featuring a Tudor-style half-timbered exterior finish. The structure has a dark-stained plank gabled roof and a hinged double-front opening secured with decorative metal butterfly hinges and a central brass-tone latch. Four framed miniature prints are set into the front panels to serve as windows. The interior consists of four rooms across two stories, featuring floral-patterned wallpaper and simulated wood flooring. A built-in fireplace with a brick-patterned surround is located in the lower-left room, while the lower-right room contains a multi-arm chandelier and parquet-style flooring. The interior of the attic space is lined with pages from an Agricultural Almanac for the year 1943. The lot includes an assortment of miniature furniture such as a green upholstered wingback chair, light blue and dark wood hutches, a drop-front desk, a picnic table with benches, and a set of green floral-painted chairs. Additional items include a collection of blue speckled enamelware-style kitchenware, miniature woodworking tools, a fabric-covered bassinet, and several unopened Concord miniature accessory packs containing magazines and utensils. Some pieces bear marks for Concord, Tru-Test, and Wonder.

Condition report:
The exterior white panels show visible foxing, spotting, and discoloration consistent with age. Interior surfaces including wallpaper and flooring show minor play wear. The furniture and accessories generally appear to be in good vintage condition with minor surface wear and occasional small repairs consistent with age.
