Description
This lot consists of two pieces of American stoneware produced by Longaberger Pottery in the Woven Traditions pattern. The set includes one large mixing bowl and one lidded jar, suitable for use as a cookie jar or bean pot. Both items are crafted from cream-colored glazed pottery and feature a signature molded basketweave-style band around the center. The lidded jar is further decorated with dark blue transfer-printed floral and scroll motifs and a matching blue pinstripe around the base. The underside of the mixing bowl bears a circular green manufacturer mark stating Longaberger Pottery, Made in the U.S.A., along with microwave, dishwasher, oven safe, and freezer designations. The lidded jar features a similar mark in dark blue.
Mixing Bowl: 5 inches high by 9 inches in diameter.
Lidded Jar: 6.75 inches high including lid by 9 inches wide across the handles.
Condition report:
Both pieces are in excellent condition with no visible chips, cracks, hairlines, or repairs. The glazes and transfer decorations are well-preserved and bright.
