Description
A three-piece cobalt blue glazed ceramic ovenware set produced by the brand Temp-tations by Tara for CSA, Inc. The set includes an oval baking dish with a matching lidded top sculpted in the form of a nesting hen and a black-coated wire metal carrying cradle. The baker features a deep, vertically fluted exterior wall and two integrated side handles. The lid is modeled as a sitting hen with molded wing and feather details finished in a high-gloss cobalt blue glaze. The interior of the dish is fully glazed. The base of the ceramic dish features a printed white mark identifying the maker.
The mark on the base reads: temp-tations presentable ovenware by Tara Made for CSA, Inc Made in China.

Overall length: 11 inches.
Condition report:
Excellent condition. The set shows no visible chips, cracks, crazing, or repairs. The high-gloss glaze is bright and consistent throughout. There is minimal shelf wear to the unglazed foot rim on the base of the ceramic dish.
