This king-size four-poster bed is from the Martha Stewart Collection, as identified by accompanying documentation. The piece is designed in a traditional Colonial Revival style and is crafted from hardwood with a dark, warm-toned finish. The frame features four tall, ornate posts characterized by prominent barley-twist or rope-carved central sections, turned segments, and acorn-style finials. The headboard and footboard display a scrolled, solid-panel design reminiscent of a sleigh bed. The lower portions of the posts are square-cut and terminate in turned bun feet.
