Description
A vintage cast iron Dutch oven manufactured by Birmingham Stove and Range as part of the Century series. The item consists of a deep pot with two integral side handles and a heavy-gauge steel wire bail handle. The matching domed lid features a centered loop handle and a self-basting interior with concentric rows of drip points arranged in concentric circles. The underside of the lid is marked with the inscriptions NO. 10, 12 3/8 IN, and H – 1.

Condition report:
The item is in used, unrestored condition. Significant surface oxidation and rust are present on the underside of the lid and scattered across the interior and exterior surfaces of the pot. The seasoned finish is uneven with visible carbon buildup and light surface corrosion. The piece is structurally sound with no visible cracks, chips, or deep pitting. The bail handle is functional with surface oxidation.
