Description
This American Coot duck decoy features a dark charcoal grey body with a brownish-tinted back, a cream-white bill, and a white tail patch. The head is detailed with small red eyes. A metal attachment ring is secured to the underside near the front. The base is formed with a weighted keel that bears the raised, molded manufacturer mark WALKER. The decoy displays the stylized form and functional construction typical of commercial factory-produced hunting decoys.

Condition report:
The decoy shows moderate surface wear consistent with age and field use. Condition includes various paint scuffs, scratches, and light staining on the white painted sections.
