Description
A mahogany-finished triple-pedestal dining table in the Duncan Phyfe style. The rectangular top features rounded ends and a crossbanded veneer border. The construction consists of six modular 14-inch sections that join together to form the overall length. Support is provided by three turned central pedestals: the two outer pedestals each feature three reeded, splayed legs, while the central pedestal features four reeded, splayed legs. Each leg terminates in a brass box-toe cap with an integrated caster.
Overall: 84 inches (L) x 42 inches (W)
Sections: Six 14-inch sections.
Condition report:
The table is in good overall condition. Minor surface scratches and faint scuffs are visible on the veneered top (photos 1, 3), consistent with normal use. The brass toe caps show light tarnish and patina (photo 1). No significant structural damage, major deep gouges, or large finish losses are visible.
