Description
A pair of rectangular mirrors featuring traditional wooden frames with a dark reddish-brown cherry or mahogany-stained finish. The first mirror is designed with a deep profile frame and a prominent gilded inner border featuring a repeating classical relief motif. The second mirror features a complex multi-tiered molding profile with a burl-wood veneer or figured grain finish on the outer flat surface and dark-stained inner moldings. The pieces are executed in a traditional revival style consistent with late 20th-century American furniture manufacturing, similar to designs by Acme Furniture or Furniture of America. No maker’s marks, labels, or signatures are visible.
