Description
A studio art bowl by American artist Johnny Funk, dated 2007, from the Beagle Club series. The bowl is constructed from metal with a hand-painted and lacquered finish. The interior decoration consists of a dense, overlapping pattern of polychrome concentric circles in a palette of brick red, ochre yellow, sage green, and slate blue. Each circle features fine radial line detailing and borders composed of small gold-toned dots. The exterior is decorated with large circles in burnt orange and deep red, outlined with thick black dotted borders and interspersed with black-and-white cellular patterned sections. The base of the bowl features a recessed, green-textured center marked BEAGLE CLUB at the top, a handwritten signature in blue cursive reading Johnny F in the center, and the year 2007 at the bottom. A business card for the artist is included.

Condition report:
The bowl is in overall good condition with minor surface wear and light scuffing consistent with age and handling. The gold-toned finish on the rim shows faint rubbing. There are no visible dents, cracks, or significant losses to the painted and lacquered surface.
