Description
A collection of three 2004 United States Mint 50 State Quarters proof sets. This group includes two silver proof sets and one standard clad proof set. Each set contains five quarters struck at the San Francisco Mint, bearing the S mint mark. The silver sets are struck in 90 percent silver, while the standard set is a copper-nickel clad composition. The coins feature the 2004 state designs for Michigan, Florida, Texas, Iowa, and Wisconsin. All specimens exhibit a proof strike characterized by mirrored fields and frosted relief. The coins feature reeded edges and remain in their original government plastic display lenses. The silver sets are housed in red-background packaging, while the clad set is housed in blue-background packaging.
Condition report:
All coins are in uncirculated proof condition. The surfaces are free of visible wear, toning, or contact marks. The original government plastic lenses are well-preserved and intact, showing no significant signs of damage.
