Description
This lot features two official US Mint proof sets produced at the San Francisco Mint, dated 1982 and 1992. Each set contains five proof coins including a Lincoln cent, Jefferson nickel, Roosevelt dime, Washington quarter, and Kennedy half dollar. All coins bear the S mint mark and exhibit proof characteristics with mirror-like fields and frosted cameo design elements. The 1982 set is housed in a black plastic holder with a red background and includes a US Treasury Department medal. It is accompanied by its original black cardboard envelope. Condition report:
Uncirculated. The coins are preserved in their original government packaging. The 1982 black cardboard envelope shows moderate wear with visible creasing and edge scuffing. The 1992 purple cardboard envelope shows minor shelf wear. The plastic display holders are intact with light surface scuffing.
