Description
This large lead crystal vase is in the Crosswinds pattern by Lenox, part of the manufacturer’s Ovations collection. The modernist architectural design features a tapering rectangular form with deep vertical wedge-cut fins on all four sides. These fins converge toward a multifaceted base that displays a star-shaped profile from the underside. The top rim is wide and flat-polished. The piece is constructed of thick-walled lead crystal, exhibiting the high optical clarity and weight characteristic of high-quality glass production. Condition report:
The vase is in excellent condition. The crystal is clear and brilliant with no visible clouding, chips, cracks, or repairs. Minor, expected shelf wear is present on the underside of the base from normal display and use.
