Description
This is a tested and working tabletop cathedral-style reproduction radio with an integrated side-loading cassette deck, produced by Thomas. Identified as Model 411 from the America Series Radio Collector’s Edition, the unit features a wood cabinet with a dark mahogany-toned finish. The design includes a rounded top, vertical fluting on the side pilasters, and decorative fretwork over a woven tan and brown speaker cloth. The front features a circular analog tuning dial with a center needle, marked 1934 at the bottom to evoke the era of its design. Three black control knobs are located below the dial, labeled AM-FM-AFC, TUNING, and VOLUME ON/OFF. A metallic plaque at the base of the front reads THOMAS Collector’s Edition Radio. A side-loading cassette tape player is positioned on the right side of the cabinet. The fiberboard back panel includes printed text for MODEL 411 and a gold foil sticker reading THOMAS AMERICA SERIES RADIO NO. 0308. A white UL label provides a manufacture date of AUGUST 1988 and identifies the origin as MADE IN CHINA. Technical specifications listed include a frequency range of AM 525-1650KHz and FM 88-108 MHz, with a power supply of AC 120V 60Hz and power consumption of 15W.

Condition report:
The unit appears to be in good overall condition with minor surface wear consistent with age and use. It includes the original power cord; however, the radio and cassette functions have not been tested for operation.
