Description
This collection features an assortment of doll garments and accessories, primarily constructed from cotton and cotton-blend fabrics. The lot includes several dresses with small-scale floral prints, including a long-sleeved dress with a red floral pattern on a light ground and a white ribbon at the neckline, and a green floral patterned dress. Other garments feature vertical stripes in red and green, a gathered brown and red striped item, and a blue dress with a repeating white pattern. Included are two pinafores: a white example with green smocking and embroidery, and a blue and white checkered sleeveless pinafore with a red-bordered star quilt-block patch on the chest. One navy blue dress features a double-row alphabet border at the hem and a red and white floral pattern throughout. A pictorial dress features a printed border with figures and scenes, accented by green ruffles at the shoulders. The lot also contains a large cream-colored cotton garment, possibly a slip or nightgown. A small straw doll hat with red fabric roses and a white ribbon tie completes the collection. The clothing is in good vintage to contemporary used condition. Creasing from storage is present throughout the lot. There are no major tears, significant stains, or visible repairs.
