Description
This lot features a group of vintage toys and decorative nursery items. The primary piece is a Radio Flyer Model 80 wagon, constructed of pressed steel with a red finish. The side of the wagon body is marked with the brand name radio flyer in white script followed by the number 80. The wagon is equipped with rubber tires on white metal rims with red hub caps and a chrome-plated handle. The collection includes a Zoom Copter toy helicopter in its original retail blister pack, featuring a black plastic helicopter with Navy and U.S. military star-and-bar markings. Also included is a vintage edition of the game Scrabble in a dark brown box with gold-tone embossed lettering, a deck of Aviator brand Pinochle playing cards in the original box, and a rectangular silver-tone metal case. Die-cast toy vehicles in the lot include a red fire engine with a white extending ladder and a red and black delivery truck featuring the Case logo. A set of hand-painted wooden nursery wall decorations is present, featuring animal cutouts of a monkey, a lion, and a zebra accompanied by palm trees and flowers. Three large black wooden letters that spell MIN are also included in the group.
Condition report:
The items in this collection are in overall good to very good condition. The Radio Flyer wagon shows signs of age and play wear, including paint loss, scuffing to the body and wheels, and minor surface oxidation on the chrome handle. The Zoom Copter and Scrabble game are in their original packaging, which exhibits light shelf wear. The wooden wall decorations and die-cast vehicles show light wear and minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with age and typical use.
