Description
A Denon AVR-1705 AV surround receiver finished in black. The front panel features a large master volume control, an input selector dial, and a digital display screen. A variety of control buttons are located below the display for functions including surround mode, speaker selection, and radio preset tuning. The front also includes a 6.35mm headphone jack and a set of auxiliary RCA video and audio inputs. The rear panel provides extensive connectivity including multiple RCA analog audio and composite video inputs and outputs, two digital optical inputs, one digital coaxial input, component video inputs and output, and S-video ports. Speaker connections consist of binding post terminals for Front A/B, Center, Surround, and Surround Back channels. The unit includes a dedicated subwoofer pre-out and an attached power cord. The manufacturer’s label identifies the unit as Model No. AVR-1705, designed for a 120V ~ 60Hz power source with a power consumption of 4.0A, and indicates it was made in China.
