Description
A vintage pharmaceutical presentation or sample case featuring a black textured exterior with the Lilly cursive script mark in gold on the lid. The interior is lined with champagne-colored satin and bears the Lilly mark in red script. The base contains a molded black insert with multiple compartments designed to hold glass ampoules. Included in the case is one 4 mL glass ampoule of Levophed brand of norepinephrine bitartrate injection, USP, produced by Winthrop Laboratories. The ampoule remains sealed and contains its original liquid contents.
Condition report:
The exterior shows visible scuffing and wear to the corners and edges. The interior satin lining displays several areas of staining and discoloration. The molded insert is intact.
