Description
1884-O Morgan silver dollar, KM# 110. This US coin was struck at the New Orleans Mint. The piece features the Liberty Head obverse and a heraldic eagle reverse. Inscriptions include E PLURIBUS UNUM, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ONE DOLLAR, and the motto In God we trust in Gothic script. An O mint mark is located on the reverse above the denomination. The coin is struck in 90% silver (.900 fine) with a reeded edge.Diameter: 38.1 mmWeight: 26.73 grams.
Condition report:
Uncirculated. The coin exhibits strong original mint luster. Minor contact marks, or bag marks, are visible on the obverse cheek and in the fields. High-point details on the hair and eagle breast feathers are sharp. No evidence of cleaning or significant wear is present. The coin is not professionally graded.
