Description
This industrial-grade workbench is manufactured by Craftsman and features a heavy-duty black-painted sheet metal body. The storage base is divided into two primary sections. The left side consists of a large storage cabinet with a flush-mounted door and external barrel hinges. The right side contains a vertical bank of five graduating drawers, each fitted with a full-width integrated metal pull. The name CRAFTSMAN is printed in white on the front of the fourth drawer. The left exterior side panel of the unit features a perforated metal section intended for pegboard-style tool organization. The workbench is topped with a thick composite or laminate work surface. Mounted to the front left corner is a red-painted metal bench vise. This lot consists of the workbench and attached vise only; the various power tools and additional items shown on the work surface in the photographs are for scale and context and are not included.
Condition report:
The workbench is in fair to good used condition. The black metal finish exhibits scuffs, scratches, and small areas of surface oxidation and paint loss throughout, consistent with industrial use. The composite top shows significant staining, wear, and minor surface gouges. The red bench vise shows heavy paint wear and surface rust but appears mechanically functional. The drawers and cabinet door appear aligned, though mechanical slide operation has not been tested.
