Description

A collection of mid-to-late 20th-century and contemporary workshop hand tools and organization accessories mounted on a white pegboard. The assortment includes driving tools such as screwdrivers and nut drivers with acetate and ergonomic handles, several of which exhibit the red and black fluted design characteristic of the Craftsman brand. Measuring and layout equipment features a large aluminum I-beam spirit level with multiple vials, a combination square with a cast metal head and graduated steel rule, a wooden-handled try square, and a steel straightedge rule. Cutting implements include a handsaw with a carved wooden handle, a hacksaw with a weathered wooden handle, two utility knives, and household scissors. Striking and prying tools consist of a wooden-handled claw hammer, a long-handled masonry hammer with a red wooden shaft, and a slender steel pry bar. A magnetic bar holds a set of chrome-plated combination wrenches. The collection is supplemented by a custom wooden hardware organizer with ten glass jars for small fasteners and various pegboard hooks. The red plastic driver stand is marked CRAFTSMAN.

Approximate Pegboard Dimensions: 48 inches by 48 inches (based on standard 1-inch hole spacing).

Condition report:

The collection is in fair to good condition, consistent with active workshop use. Visible surface oxidation is present on several steel components, most notably the pry bar and various tool shanks. Handles show typical wear, scuffs, and minor staining from use. The tools appear functional, though they are untested and sold as a bulk lot.
