Description
A collection of multiple hand-woven baskets in the traditional ribbed buttock or egg style. Each basket is constructed from natural wood fibers, likely willow or oak splint, and features a dual-hoop frame that integrates the rim and the handle. The weavers are secured with decorative lashing at the junctions. The assortment includes various natural wood finishes ranging from light tan to a dark weathered brown. One vessel is distinguished by the inclusion of dyed weavers in terracotta and charcoal tones. No signatures or maker marks are visible.
