Description
This is a very heavy stone Granite large-scale garden sculpture depicting a frog, hand-carved from solid salt-and-pepper granite. The material consists of visible grey, black, and pink mineral grains. The sculpture is executed in a stylized folk art manner, characterized by simplified rounded forms, prominent bulbous eyes, and a wide, upturned mouth. The back features a notable flattened horizontal surface, allowing the piece to serve as a low seat or pedestal. The base is finished in a rough-hewn, irregular state to provide stability. The unit is outside and you can drive up to it but you are responsible for loading and transporting this piece shipping is not available on this lot.
