The figure is characterized by a rounded, portly body, short legs, a prominent snout, large upright ears, and a small curled tail. The piece is constructed of cast concrete with a porous, textured surface. It displays natural weathering and an established patina consisting of grey and green lichen and moss growth. No maker marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the item.
