Description
A professional natural history specimen of a Jewel Beetle, identified by the included label as Chrysochroa toulgoeti. The specimen, originating from Malaysia, exhibits a vibrant iridescent metallic green and blue body. The elytra are spread in a flying position, featuring two broad, horizontal cream-yellow bands and revealing the translucent brown hind wings. The beetle is displayed in a double-glass floating mount that provides a full view of both the dorsal and ventral sides. The specimen is housed in a rectangular wooden shadow box frame with a light oak finish. A paper label at the bottom front reads Chrysochroa toulgoeti-Malaysia in cursive text. The frame is equipped with a brass sawtooth hanger on the top rear.

Condition report:
The specimen is in an excellent state of preservation. All limbs, antennae, and wing structures are intact. The iridescent coloration remains saturated and bright. The wooden frame and glass panes show no significant signs of wear, damage, or clouding.
