Description
Royal Doulton glazed bone china figurine titled Lady Charmian, model number HN 1949. The piece depicts a woman in 19th-century attire featuring a voluminous salmon-pink dress with yellow and orange highlights. She is draped in a dark green shawl and wears a matching pink bonnet accented with a black ribbon and white floral details. The figure holds a single yellow rose in her right hand and carries a wicker basket filled with yellow and pink roses in her left arm. The underside of the base features the standard Royal Doulton green underglaze factory backstamp, including a lion standing on a crown, circular text for Royal Doulton England Bone China, the printed model name Lady Charmian, and the hand-inscribed number HN 1949.

Condition report:
The figurine is in excellent condition. A visual inspection shows no chips, cracks, crazing, or signs of repair. The delicate applied flower petals in the hand and basket appear to be fully intact. The unglazed foot rim shows minor shelf wear consistent with age.
