Description
Lehmann-Gross-Bahn (LGB) model 1100 curved track sections for G-scale layouts, manufactured by Ernst Paul Lehmann Patentwerk. This set of twelve curved sections is constructed with weather-resistant brass rails and brown plastic sleepers. Each section provides a 30-degree curve with an R1 radius of 600mm, designed so that joining twelve sections forms a complete circle. The tracks are equipped with standard metal rail joiners for electrical conductivity and physical connection. The collection includes the original red cardboard box featuring the brand’s signature green graphic design and illustrations of trains. The end panel includes technical specifications, the manufacturer’s name and address in Nuremberg, Germany, and a 1988 copyright mark. A vintage retail sticker from True Value is present on the box end.
Condition report:
The track sections are in good used condition. The brass rails exhibit a light, uniform patina from age and handling. All rail joiners appear present and functional. The original cardboard box shows signs of age and storage, including moderate shelf wear, corner blunting, creasing, and significant crushing with inward bowing on the top lid.
