Description
A POLA for Lehmann-Gross-Bahn (LGB) G-scale model railroad building kit, model number 916, together with a separate Lehmann-Gross-Bahn accessory, number 3031. The 916 kit depicts a trackside corrugated metal telephone box or utility shanty featuring a stone-effect base, a utility pole, and a railway worker figure. The kit is constructed of molded grey and black plastic components. Included with the kit is an LGB 3031 train red tail light (Zugschluss-Beleuchtung) consisting of a signal housing and a wired bulb. The building kit components remain unassembled on their original plastic sprues within the original blue cardboard box. A tube of adhesive is also included in the box. The tail light accessory remains in its original plastic bag with the printed header card. Box markings include Pola – LGB, wetterfeste Gebaude-Modelle, and model number 916. The accessory packaging is marked with the LGB logo, item number 3031, and Red Tail Light.
Condition report:
The building kit is in unassembled, unused condition with all plastic parts remaining attached to the original sprues. The functionality of the included adhesive cannot be guaranteed due to age. The original cardboard box displays moderate shelf wear, including scuffing to the edges and corners, and a slight indentation to the upper left corner. The accessory is in unused condition within the original unopened plastic bag; the header card has a retail price sticker attached.
