Description
A vintage full-length fur coat by Pollack Furs and Leathers. The garment is crafted from natural brown fur, characterized by long dark guard hairs and a dense, lighter-colored underfur. The coat is constructed with vertical let-out pelts, creating a classic striped visual effect. It features a wide notched collar and long sleeves with defined cuffs. The interior is fully lined with a tonal brown synthetic fabric. A white woven manufacturer label is sewn into the center back lining and reads Pollack FURS and LEATHERS SINCE 1900. The coat is designed with concealed furrier hooks and rings for closure.
Condition report:
The coat is in good overall condition, exhibiting a healthy sheen and no major areas of balding. There is minor thinning consistent with age and wear located at the edges of the cuffs and the hemline. A few stray light-colored fibers are present on the fur exterior. The interior lining is intact and appears well-preserved.
