The work is housed under glass within a gilded wooden frame and a wide cream-colored mat. Based on the printed text, this is a commercial reproduction of an original drawing held in the collection of the Albertina Museum in Vienna.

The print paper shows overall toning consistent with age (photo 2). Minor surface scuffs and wear are present on the gilded finish of the wooden frame (photo 1). A small amount of dust and debris is trapped under the glass (photo 2).
