Description
A traditional metal headboard featuring a textured dark bronze finish. The frame is constructed with two outer vertical posts capped with rounded ball finials. The design incorporates three horizontal rails; the upper register contains three short vertical spindles, while the main lower section features five longer vertical spindles. Each junction where the spindles meet the rails is accented with decorative, ringed cast-metal collars. The headboard is designed for use with a standard bed frame. No maker marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the item in the provided images.
Condition report:
The headboard is in very good condition. The textured finish is consistent throughout with no visible rust, chips, or scratches (photos 1 and 2). The structural integrity is sound, and all decorative collars and joints appear intact.
