Description
A trio of porcelain planters featuring traditional blue underglaze decoration. The collection includes one hexagonal planter and a pair of matching round planters. The hexagonal vessel is decorated with a classical landscape scene including mountain peaks, water, trees, and huts on a white ground. The pair of round planters displays a white floral and foliate scroll pattern against a deep cobalt blue ground, with a decorative floral band encircling the rim. The interiors are finished in a white glaze. No marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the provided surfaces.
Round planters: 7 inches in height.
Hexagonal planter: 7.5 inches in height.
Total height of stack: 14.5 inches.
Condition report:
The items are in good condition. A few small kiln specks are visible on the interior rim of the hexagonal planter (photo 1). The unglazed foot rings of the round planters exhibit minor shelf wear and light surface staining (photo 1). No chips, cracks, or repairs are visible.
