Description
This collection consists of fourteen pen and ink drawings on toned cardstock by artist O. P. Hall. The works date from late 1917 to mid-1918 and feature a variety of subjects including botanical studies of cyclamens in pots and in the ground, still life objects such as teapots, a chalice, and baskets, a portrait of a dog, and rural architectural scenes depicting a church, a cottage, and agricultural structures. The drawings utilize precise line work, cross-hatching, and stippling to define form and shadows. Each card is signed and dated in ink, primarily in the lower right corner. Several cards also feature handwritten numerical inscriptions, including numbers 21, 22, 27, and 28.

Condition report:
The drawings exhibit uniform toning and yellowing of the cardstock consistent with age. Moderate foxing is present across the collection. A significant moisture stain is located on the right side of the card depicting the closed umbrella. Minor edge wear and soft corners are visible throughout the group.
