Description
This lot comprises a diverse collection of domestic textiles including tablecloths, napkins, and placemats. The assortment features various materials such as cotton and linen with patterns including toile de Jouy scenes, floral motifs, stripes, and red and white gingham. Specific items include mustard yellow napkins, solid burgundy and gray cloths, and a rolled white textile with a decorative lace-trimmed edge. The collection also includes circular woven placemats in navy blue and deep red. A padded mat with a blue floral design is printed with the word Fleur in cursive script. A small white fabric label is attached to the edge of the mustard yellow cloth, but the characters are not clearly legible. The items are contained within a gray wire mesh storage basket with integrated handles.
The wire basket measures approximately 12 to 14 inches in length.
Condition report:
The textiles are in used, pre-owned condition. They generally appear well-maintained and clean, with light fraying at the edges and minor signs of storage wear consistent with age and domestic use (Photo 1). No significant tears or large areas of damage are visible in the overview images (Photos 2, 3).
